Taste of My Week


While most individuals believe health and fitness starts in the gym it actually starts in the kitchen. The picture above contains a portion of my meals for the week. I eat 7 meals a day which includes Salmon and Asparagus,  Chicken and Broocolli, Egg Whites and Whole Wheat Bread. The reason behind eating so many meals include: reducing hungry, reducing the spike of insulin which thus lessens the chance of fat storage. I also don’t  believe in counting  calories, how can somesone set a rule that you should eat a regulated amount of calories without knowing your body. Instead look at carbohydrates, fats and protein. In a future post I’ll follow up with what types of carbs, fats and protein should be consumed.

Remember don’t diet, just eat healthy and enjoy what you eat.
